D365FO Support Engineer - London - c£85k
Nigel Frank are representing an internationally recognised IT Services organisation who are looking for a D365FO Support Engineer, in the London area.
My client have built a fantastic portfolio of highly reputable clients, where this role will act as the main point of contact to ensure systems are fully optimised and maintained. This is also a brilliant opportunity to dip into implementation work when embarking on fresh D365FO projects.
The role offers a hybrid working model offering x3 a week in London with a competitive base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
Supporting 1st/ 2nd line help desk support tickets surrounding D365F&O/ Dynamics AX.
Troubleshooting system performance issues/ minor bug fixing.
Project based support analysis for new implementation projects.
Working closely with customers to provide excellent customer service and support.Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting Dynamics AX2012 or D365FO
Ability to support system issues to 2nd line level.
Broad modular understanding - ideally including finance, supply chain OR manufacturing.
