Our client are a manufacturer, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. With a commitment to quality and efficiency, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join us to continue our successful 40 years of business.
Role Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
As such we are looking for support from 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. The role incudes tasks were in office hours are required but certain working from home terms could be discussed.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing Bills:
Material Ordering and Supplier Management:
Marketing Support:

Engage in marketing activities, including LinkedIn updates and website maintenance.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content.
Sales Support:
Daily Tasks:

Answering and directing phone calls as required.

Taking messages by phone and email and deliver them to the relevant colleague or team.

Update calendars and planners.

Oversee stock control and inventory management.

Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Previous experience in a similar role.
