Research Insight Manager
Our client, one of the world's largest Pharmaceutical companies, is looking for a seasoned insight professional to join their flourishing Customer Insight team. This professional will provide thought and strategic leadership on Insight throughout various areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
Lead an annual Strategic Insight process, creating a mixed discipline (Market research, desk research, modelling) insight narrative which will form a key basis for annual strategy
Proactively deliver investigatory business solutions and customer/market insight, to support the activities of Human Pharma
Provide effective and timely Insight support with evidence-based techniques to the Human Pharma organization to maximise ongoing business performance and opportunities
Provide thought leadership and support on additional analytical tools and statistical techniques capable of delivering value going beyond the standard set
Support campaign impact assessment and channel mix modelling and provide data driven indications on how to optimise the campaign outcome
Perform robust statistical forecast as required by the business using evidence-based techniquesKey experience:
Ability to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
Previous experience with customer journeys analysis and customer segmentation strongly preferred
Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or similar sector i.e. medical/NHS
Some experience of using IQVIA as a tool
