Role Summary of a Kitchen Sales Designer:

Based in one of our elegant showrooms and extending to in-home client consultations, you will design and sell tailor-made kitchen solutions. Utilising our advanced systems, in-depth training, and robust marketing strategies, you will deliver a custom design experience that surpasses client expectations. Key Responsibilities as Kitchen Sales Designer:

Design bespoke kitchen solutions that cater to the client's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

Provide a personalised and consultative sales experience in both our showrooms and client homes.

Work closely with our Head Office, operations, and client service teams to ensure a smooth design-to-installation process.

What We Offer:

Competitive earning potential (£65k-£100k OTE) based on your dedication and sales achievements.

A foundational salary of £24,130, plus a commission structure that rewards outstanding performance - realistic OTE of £80k.
