We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join an established, well-known and highly successful company, just a short drive from the centre of Banbury, which has been operating for over 40 years. This role is a permanent and full-time position, where you will be hybrid working after you have completed your training. Hours are: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (8am - 4pm whilst training).
When working on-site there is free parking available - please note, due to location transport is essential. You will be working from home two days per week.
As Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Running and checking through reports for manifesting orders/collections
Handling internal & external calls from customers with a range of delivery queries
Handling internal & external emails for both your personal & group email from customers with a range of delivery queries
Resolving delivery/collection issues
Liaising with 3rd party couriers
Providing excellent customer service at all timesYou must be / have:
An excellent telephone manner
A can-do attitude
Good MS Office knowledge is preferableWhat's in it for me?
