Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide administrative support within the department, enabling the team to function effectively. You will be undertaking a wide variety of tasks within either the Data and Planning team or the Compliance Team. The data and planning team is responsible for the management of all the property related information, arranging surveys and formation of investment programmes. The compliance team is responsible for landlord safety and compliance in the properties and communal spaces.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available for an immediate start.Duration and Compensation:
This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, offering an immediate start.
The salary for this is £29,000.
