This role may be suitable for someone already working in an HR Advisor position or equally someone currently working in an HR Officer/Assistant position, looking for the next step in their career.
The HR Advisor plays a crucial role in partnering with the business and supporting the broader HR team to execute the HR agenda. Responsibilities include providing timely HR advice to line managers and employees, interpreting policies and procedures, and assisting with employee relations. Additionally, the role maintains company business systems related to employee data and policies to ensure compliance.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:

CIPD qualified, ideally level 5 or equivalent

Understanding of GDPR and Employment Law

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Demonstrated ‘can do’ attitude with a positive, solutions-based approach

Self-aware with a desire to adapt, learn and grow capabilities

Deliver added value to the wider HR team

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR Information Systems

This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements (ideally a minimum of 2 days onsite) and a competitive remuneration package. The salary on offer for this position is £35K-£37K DoE + additional benefits
