P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role Summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. This role demands a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the Sales & Marketing Director / Marketing Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to attract and onboard new leads and customers.
Identify and leverage key marketing channels to maximise outreach and engagement.
Design and execute lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimise lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers.
Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Create high-quality, compelling marketing content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Develop and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Plan and execute company events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up to maximise impact.
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales & Marketing Director / Marketing Manager on marketing performance and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor expenditures and optimise costs for maximum return on investment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the signage or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successful lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
