Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Southwest England & South Wales
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per annum & uncapped commission (£15k-30k estimated)

We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our client base in the South West and South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with an existing client base consisting of local authorities and councils.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including cold calling and networking.
Tendering and Contracts: Manage the entire tendering process, negotiate contracts, handle contract renewals, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Customer Visits: Schedule and conduct customer visits to present our products, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively within the South West and South Wales, and occasionally to other branches outside your region.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2+ years in a field-based sales role is essential.
Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into councils or similar products is advantageous but not required.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in new business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and occasionally beyond.
Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £30,000-£40,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £15,000-£30,000 based on performance.
