Our client works alongside clients and customers and performs works for insurance claims and specific projects. The Administrator will work alongside Project Managers to ensure all clients, and policyholders/third parties are kept fully informed throughout the repair process and the system is always kept updated. This role would suit an administrator early in their career who thrives in a busy office working as part of a small team.
Duties
Keep clients and policyholders/third parties up to date of the status of works
Explain the project and repair process and ensure the customer/policyholder/third party are aware to contact us in the first instance with any concerns or queries, keep them apprised of any delays or issues
Work with trades and project teams to co-ordinate and schedule works
Order required materials and manage deliveries to enable a project, claim or remedial to be completed without delay
Keep CRM system updated at all times
Provide required documentation to accounts to enable invoicing to be completed.
Send out required satisfaction survey information to satisfied customers
