iDirect have an exciting new opportunity in the role of Training Development Business manager. iDirect strives to deliver a variety of interactive, meaningful and engaging training courses to our colleagues. This ensures colleagues are equipped with the skills they need to support people to have a life they have a reason to value whilst nurturing their professional development.
The training development business manager’s role will encompass two aspects;
To manage the co-ordination, compliance and delivery of iDirects training programmes. Providing direction and guidance to all training colleagues, ensuring the courses continuously evolve and feature a modern approach, for maximum impact on learning.
To take a lead role In the development of a new training provision, initiating contact with potential organisations/ individuals who will benefit from the procurement of Cogni skills. Establishing systems, processes and procedures that align with the ethos and reputation of iDirect Independent Living.
What we are looking for in you;
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Willing to travel across all iDirect’s/ Cogni’s locations
- A minimum Certificate in education and training (CET) or equivalent
- A qualification within health and social care
- Passionate about the upskilling and development of colleagues within health and social care
- Dynamic and solution focused and able to support around troubleshooting
- Personable, approachable and able to develop good working relationships with people.
- Previous experience of developing processes and systems, polices and procedures.
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams
- Previous experience in the development of training courses
- Previous experience of working within the health and social care sector
- A good knowledge of current legislation within the health and social care sector
- Previous experience/ a good understanding of the operational and business needs of a training provision.
