The successful candidate will have excellent experience within customer service.

Your Role:
· Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
· Be confident on the phone to ensure a positive customer experience.
· Support with customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
· Effectively communicate with different departments within the business.
· Provide an exceptional experience to customers daily.
· Uploading information to the system.
Skills:
· You will possess excellent customer service skills.
· An interest in fashion.
· Ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Computer literate.
· Confident telephone manner.
· Highly organised.
