Position - Customer Service Coordinator
Pay - £11.67 per hour
Start Date - Immediate start
Fully office based
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Complaints & Front of House Duties: Handle incoming queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Staff Liaison: Act as a bridge between staff, communication centres, and transport offices
- Data Entry: Enter transport requests into the computer system accurately
- Resource Management: Manage resources to meet operational demands
- Driver Assistance: Support services and drivers with any problems or queries
- Coordination: Liaise with the Operations Resource Coordinator
- Scheduling: Print, distribute plan schedules daily & weekly
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
