Working for a well established firm of surveyors you will be required to log claims, issue renewal documentation and ensure records are all up to date.
Ideally as a Insurance Claims Handler you will be ideally Cert II certified although not essential, but you will need to possess a high degree of property insurance experience.
WFH is offered after passing 6 month probation
DUTIES
- Logging of insurance claims
- Providing quotes for new business
- Ensuring all client information is kept up to date
- Making sure all renewals are processed
- Processing account payments and update ledger
- Dealing with any insurance queries
SKILLS
- Proven track record in Property Insurance
- Cert CII qualified although not essential
- Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach
