A innovative construction firm is looking for a talented Bid Writer to join their team in Woodford. Specialising in both refurbishment and new build projects, they operate across a variety of sectors including leisure, healthcare, retail, education, government, and social housing regeneration.
The Bid Writer's Role
The successful Bid Writer will become a key part of a dynamic pre-construction team, taking on the responsibility of creating, presenting, and collating high-quality bids. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure all proposals adhere to corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards. As a Bid Writer, you will collaborate with technical experts and team members to craft bespoke responses for tender requests, ensuring each bid is precisely tailored to the project's specific needs. This position offers a fulfilling experience with every bid providing a unique challenge, demanding both creativity and responsiveness.
The Bid Writer
3+ years of experience in construction or similar sectors
Experience in tendering and a thorough understanding of tender documentation
Construction site experience (desirable but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce client-focused material
Proficiency in MS Office SuiteIn Return?
