Position: Sales Coordinator

Rate/Salary: £26,000- £29,000
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join an award winning company, they are know for the cutting edge products and solutions, As a Sales Coordinator / Sale Administrator this is a pivotal role, central to our busy and vibrant sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. This role is based Exeter.
Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator :
• Manage sales orders from receipt through stock allocation to picking documentation.
• Handle inbounds phone calls, provide updates on delivery status, and respond to stock enquiries
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding sales orders.
• Assist with additional general office management tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Strong admin and time management skills, with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
Qualifications and requirement for the (insert job title):
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude with previous customer service experience considered an advantage
• Experience with Sage accounts software or similar systems
• Full UK drivers Licence - Must be able to travel to the office based in Exeter on a daily bases
