As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with the manager and other care staff. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of clients are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home
Key duties and responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care and support plans for residents.
Monitor clients' health status and provide skilled nursing care, including medication management, and ready to work with adults and children with complex health needs including PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy), stoma care, Tracheostomy care, oxygen, catheter care, collar care and neck support, palliative care, Brain issues like stroke, multiple sclerosis, special learning needs, diabetes, mental health, substance misuse, older people, young adults etc. To ensure confidentiality of information regarding Southvale Care Ltd ’s business activities, clients, staff, and any other person associated with the Company
To ensure the Health and Safety of Staff, Clients, and visitors in the office and on Clients’ premises. Ensure that the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and any subsequent relevant legislation. To ensure staff act responsible to ensure staff follow the Hygiene Code and all company policies and procedures related to the Health Act 2006. Ensure that the Managing Staff Diversity Strategy and Policy covering all its staff and staff always comply with these requirements.

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
Dedication to providing the highest levels of care.
Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.
A full UK Driving Licence.
