Application Support Engineer
Permanent Position
London (1 Full Week in Office once a month)

Key Responsibilities:
Swiftly Respond to user queries via tickets, email, and telephone.
Investigate & Analyze application support incidents to identify root causes.
Coordinate & Escalate issues to technical teams and provide timely updates.
Collaborate Closely with in-house DevOps and development teams, plus 3rd parties.
Own the Release & Change Process ensuring smooth transitions.
Document Everything with detailed documentation and diagrams.
Monitor & Implement IT security policies to keep everything secure.
Participate in the out-of-hours support rota for those unexpected moments.What Are We Looking For?
Experience: At least 2 years in an application support role.
Skills: Proficient in scripting/programming languages.
Expertise: Knowledge of Linux/UNIX command-line environments.
Databases: Familiar with Oracle/MySQL.
Technologies: Experience with load balancers (Stingray) and CDN knowledge (Akamai or similar).
Tools: Experience with Service Desk tools (ServiceNow, etc).Benefits Package:
