We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an on-site, office-based role. This is temporary at present for two months, although there is the possibility it could be extended for longer.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch), Monday to Friday.
Main Duties:

Complete telephone and email sales enquiries.

Data Entry - inputting customer orders.

Deal with customer queries efficiently and effectively or escalate where necessary

Ensure the accurate completion of paperwork, including delivery paperwork, and QHSE documentation.

Updating customer delivery status.

General administration.
Candidate Specification:
-
Previous experience in a Customer Service role.

Excellent communication skills, good telephone manner
-
Competent administration skills, familiar with MS Word and Excel.
