We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Kettering-based client as a Sales Administrator. This is a richly varied role and will be supporting the sales team with order processing, handling of customer queries, managing a shared inbox and acting as a point of contact for any complaints.
You will be joining a friendly, tight-knit team and be exposed to fantastic learning and progression opportunities.
This role would be equally suited to candidates with Sales Admin or Customer Service experience, as well as someone looking for the first steps in their career.

About the job:
Answering inbound calls and queries from B2B and B2C customers.
Making outbound calls to follow up and obtain further information from clients as needed.
Liaising with internal sales representatives, providing necessary information.
Responding to customer queries and clearing daily email logs.
Handling complaints as required and processing orders/amendments.
Managing and processing product codes and updating customers on order status.
Providing any other general administrative support to the team as needed.
About you:
Great communication skills and able to work well with colleagues and clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve.
Driven, proactive and excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills; working knowledge of MS Excel and Sage 50 highly desirable.
A customer-focused outlook with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to multitask and work to a fast pace.
Previous administration, sales administration and/or customer service experience.
