Facilities Co-Ordinator Urgently Required in Fareham Hampshire!!
We are seeking a dedicated Property Facilities Co-Ordinator with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) to join our customers fast-paced team. This position is based on-site with a prestigious global company, where exceptional customer service and clear communication are paramount.
The Ideal Candidate will need:

Previous experience working within the Facilities / Building Maintenance Industry.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Able to prioritise workloads to ensure urgent jobs are actioned immediately.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide expert FM advice.

Exceptional customer service skills, including answering phones, managing emails and face-to-face communications.

Salary: £27,000 P.A.

Main Duties:
- Support the Retail Helpdesk Lead:
Assist in managing and delivering contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Job Logging and Management:
Log jobs from retail stores on the CAFM system, oversee them to completion, and handle quote submissions to the client.
- Departmental Housekeeping:
Assist colleagues in maintaining departmental housekeeping and complete necessary administrative tasks to comply with processes and procedures.
Ensure contract-specific KPIs, SLAs, and first-time fixes are met.
- Client/Customer Communication:
Maintain comprehensive and timely communication with clients and customers.
Liaise with stakeholders and building users to ensure effective programming of PPM.
Provide weekly and monthly updates on service lines
