Surecall Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Supplies Inventory Assistant to join our client's team in Letchworth, Herts area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Job description:
Operate a Supply Chain eDC (electronic data capture) or similar materials management system to maintain stock control.
Use a Supply Chain Online ordering system and hardware (hand held bar code readers).
Use Agresso and/or eProcurement systems for stock materials management (according to location) and any new systems as developed or introduced.
Count, deliver and put away station and department stock (including NHS Supply Chain items, stock items, printed forms, and stationery) whilst ensuring the stock rooms are correctly labelled and ensuring that stock rotation is continuously carried out.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge:
NVQ level 3 in appropriate subject or relevant experience
English and Maths GCSE's or equivalent
Ability to use handheld PDA bar code reader
Ability to use IT systems: such as NHS Supply Chain, Agresso, eProcurement, email.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ability to use, with training, bespoke packages
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
Full CLEAN driving Licence, C1 is preferred
Previous experience as a stock controller
