Job Description:
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. This part-time role is crucial for managing HR documentation, conducting staff inductions, addressing employee queries, and handling disciplinary processes when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Manage all documentation related to Human Resources.

Conduct staff inductions, including ‘Right to Work’ checks.

Ensure completion of health & safety inductions.

Manage holidays, absences, and return-to-work interviews.

Address employee complaints and queries.

Conduct disciplinary meetings and take detailed, accurate minutes.

Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.

At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:

HR CIPD or similar qualification.

Proven people skills with the ability to gain employees’ trust and respect.

Ability to build internal relationships with a diverse team of colleagues.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain objective under all circumstances.
