Direct Response Employment Services is delighted to be supporting a local client of ours in Trowbridge with the recruitment of a legal secretary to join a firm working within the conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents.

Coordinate and schedule appointments.

Manage client correspondence, including phone calls and emails.

Maintain and organise legal files and documents.

Provide administrative support to legal staff as needed.
We are looking for someone with accurate typing/audio typing skills, a good telephone manner and confident in dealing with clients.
The role is working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
