Seeking Interim Complaints Investigators for an Organisation based in Southend on Sea, Essex.
This role requires you to be in the office 2 days per week (non-negotiable).

To be considered you MUST have Housing & Complaints Management experience.
Responsibilities:

To provide a comprehensive complaints handling function

Ensure complaints are logged in an appropriate system

Make regular contact with residents so they are kept informed

Ensure complaints are investigated appropriately, involving staff, managers and directors where appropriate

Ensure responses are in line with our complaints procedure and Housing Ombudsman guidance

Ensure complaints responses are sent to the complainant within published timescales

To provide analysis of themes of complaints to allow trends in data to be identified and remedial action identified

Ensure all FOI requests and Subject Access Requests are responded to in line with legislation and policy
