Due to increased workload, Class 1 Personnel are recruiting for a Hoist Installer Manager to join a successful construction company in the Herts/Essex border area.
The Hoist Installer Manager must have the ability to take ownership and management. This will involve working on the installation of various types of construction hoists and lifting equipment.
The Hoist Installer Manager will be required to:
Liaise with all levels of Site Managers/Supervisors
Ensuring that installation/dismantle process are adhered to
Ensuring that all phases of the management, maintenance, installation and dismantling of all site hoists are fully compliant
Ensuring all polices, and standards are met
Maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical components - circuitry
Organising and Issuing Test Certifications
Ensuring all hoist operators and fully trainedQualifications for the Hoist Manage:
Previous experience in hoist installation is essential
Working at Heights
CSCS Card (can be obtained)
Level 2 NVQ in plant installation for relevant working equivalent This Hoist Installer Manager vacancy is being offered on a permanent basis
We can offer an attractive salary of 57K to 72K depending on experience

Hours: 0630 to 1630 hrs, Monday to Friday (candidate must be flexible for ad-hoc weekend work)
Location: base depot is located on Essex and Hertfordshire border
