Customer Service Representative
Salary: £22,464 per annum (12 Month Fixed-Contract)
Location: Keswick/Penrith
Hours: 36 Hour flexible hours across Monday - Saturday
36 Hours per week

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Representative
Providing face to face customer service.
Dealing with outbound and inbound calls.
Booking reviews for customers.
Provide support for vulnerable customers.
Recommend relevant products to customers.
The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
