Sales Team Manager
Sutton (Open to location, must be able to visit the office 2-3 times per week as required)
£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Commission (£5,000 - £30,000) + Company Car/Car Allowance

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Manager with a proven track record in 360 sales. This role involves both winning new business and developing existing accounts. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 salespeople, including Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Win new business and develop existing customer relationships
Manage and lead a team of 6
Delegate customers, leads, and enquiries to your team
Liaise with customer service, procurement, operations, and logistics teams
Conduct performance reviews and set personal targets for the team
Keep abreast of market trends to make informed business decisions
Travel nationally to meet clients as required
Requirements:
Experience in the office supplies industry (stationery, office furniture, cleaning & janitorial equipment, PPE, promotional products, interior fit-out)
Proven 360 sales experience, including business development and account management
Experience managing a team of 4-10 people
Ability to drive and willingness to travel to clients nationwide
Strong leadership skills and ability to set performance targets for the team
