The role

Lead customer team in engaging a named list of existing customers

Promote Arqiva product set and develop a pipeline of growth opportunities with your customers

Gather customer feedback and pass to accountable functions for resolution whilst maintaining accountability

Lead CSAT improvement plans

On board new accounts from business development

Execute new contracts and contract changes

Grow breadth and depth of engagement, understanding the customers business objectives and pain points
The person
-
Extensive knowledge of sales and account management - Direct B2B solution sales in an OJEU environment (ideally with experience with utility vertical)

Comfortable creating and presenting updates and solutions to the customer up to and including C-Suite

Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

Strong focus on achieving results and delivering value to clients and the organisation

Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support

Understanding of the industry and market trends relevant to the company's products or services

Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account strategies

Proven experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and negotiating contracts

Ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders
