Our client based in Witney is looking for an experienced Materials and Logistics Administrator to join their team for a Fixed term contract until July 2025
Duties:

Deliver accurate and timeous administration of production information, to ensure product is delivered to a high quality standard and to agreed timescales.

Maintaining all paperwork relating to the Manufacturing department including quality check sheets, accident and incident reports and training documents.

Collating all factory information and entering in to Excel to produce weekly and monthly KPI information.

Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to the delivery of the administration requirements of the department.

Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibility.
Requirements:

Demonstrate ability for prioritising work load, particularly when under pressure

Ability to work alone or as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Good organisational skills

Good communication and people skills
