The Role

Unique and exciting opportunity to join the Brett Concrete Commercial Team, managing the commercial performance for our Godstone, Surrey and Crawley, West Sussex Plants.

Through a complete market knowledge, deliver on agreed commercial targets in relation to value added products, revenue, and margin.

As a proven negotiator, develop key customer relationships in a new market area for Brett Concrete and build long term customer loyalty.

Support the commercial credit policy at all times and liaise with customers to manage our risks.

Use your skills as a team player to work alongside all departments and deliver exceptional customer service.

Produce accurate commercial reports and forecasts.
The Requirements

Self-confident and self-motivated individual with strong selling and negotiation skills and a proven track record in delivering results.

You must have strong interpersonal skills to engage in a wide range of internal and external customers.

Be able to quickly interpret industry and market knowledge to devise and deliver local commercial strategies.

Must be IT literate along with business report writing skills.
