Mon-Fri 9:00-5:30/ 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00-15:00

Harper Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client to find an excellent communicator who will be responsible for helping to maintain over 100 rental properties. This will start on a temporary basis over their busy summer period with a permanent contract available for the right person.
What will the role involve?
Aid managing our property portfolio and assist in all manner of property management activities
Managing your own diary by arranging and carrying out basic maintenance, attending inspections, section notice preparation and delivery, inventories, check outs and deposit returns (there is an element of heavy lifting)
Ensuring all properties are compliant through assessment and instruction of works/certification
The role will be 50% office admin duties and 50% out at the properties
Be competent in the use of Outlook and Excel (full training of in-house property management software will be provided).Who are we looking for?
Full, Clean UK Driving licence (No more than 6 points)
I.T Literate
Ability to balance administration tasks with visits
A positive and can-do attitude
Great communicator
Highly organised and great at timekeeping
Some experience in property/maintenance is preferableAdditional Information - This role is fully in-person and will require visits to properties, so a driving licence is essential. You will have access to a company vehicle during working hours so don't need your own vehicle.
