Our client is expanding into several new areas relating to the technology of metal powders. This role is to ensure on-time delivery of projects. It will take responsibility of the full project execution from the design output phase, providing effective leadership and coordination of the purchasing, manufacturing and installation teams. The person will use project planning skills and tools to ensure consistent planning, forecasting, budget control, risk management and demonstrate cost savings throughout.

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.

Reporting to the board of directors, you will bring significant experience in building large scale capital equipment.

Experience in locating and developing critical suppliers of high value commercial and fabricated equipment and sub-assemblies.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills to facilitate close working relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and personnel.

Demonstrable ability to work consistently under times of pressure and provide positive leadership to the teams.

Ensuring health and safety is always managed across all departments.

Hosting of regular production meetings with a focus on ownership and achievement of agreed tasks.

Identifying skills opportunities and gaps, recruiting and maintaining the strength of the teams, holding scheduled performance reviews and motivating staff to achieve objectives and personal development goals.
