Purpose of Role:
The Territory Manager will provide Cardiac Services customers with support in the sale and distribution of the Maternity, Cardiology and Resuscitation range of products. The role will also focus on a range of Airways products and help develop our growing portfolio in the regions of East Midlands, UK. Ideally candidates will be based in-region and must have a full clean driving license.
Successful candidates must have a good educational background or relevant clinical education. Experience of selling into the NHS within the medical device sector is a pre-requisite.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop Relationships and the business in the key areas of business including EBME Departments

Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships

Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis

Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquires

Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential

Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information

Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place

Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility

Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Role Requirements:

Territory Manager with 5+ years’ Medical sales or technical experience

Experience of selling into clinical areas within Hospitals, It would be an advantage if you have existing relationships with EBME Managers, Cardiology or Maternity Managers

High reliance on drive and planning and excellent organisational and account management skills.

Capability in IT skills and connectivity

Willing to travel within the UK as required

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided)
