Our Client, who are a growing provider of bridging finance on residential, semi-commercial, and commercial properties are looking for a Customer Account Manager/ Collections advisor to join their team in Manchester.
Key Skills
You will have either experience in one of the following: Bridging Finance, Property Finance or, you will have current collections experience in a similar professional services industry
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations
Curiosity to ask questions and listen to the answers
Care about the customers – demonstrate empathy and maintain customer relationships at all times. The core purpose of this role is to support customers through the lifecycle of their loan. You will be expected to deliver a positive experience to all customers even when they are experiencing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Find the correct resolution no matter how complicated or difficult the situation
Manage customer accounts in arrears
Support customers through the exit process
Establish and maintain with rapport with customer and suppliers
