We are seeking an experienced and visionary CRM & Data Insights Lead to lead the planning, design, and implementation of our customer and Sales focused system. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from excellence and personnel oversight to strategic planning and data analytics. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in ERP systems, data management, and technology implementation.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Lead the design and implementation of the CRM system to meet the company’s specific needs and objectives, by positioning data at the heart of decision-making processes and strategic planning new system operation.
- Create, evaluate, and negotiate various system and software procurements to ensure service excellence for internal and external stakeholders; provide regular status updates
- Ensure insight gained from data analytics is presented back to stakeholders as strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical resources to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Strategies and develop new tools and views, implement both new and existing technologies related to the core platform to support the fast-changing needs of the business. Assist project teams in the implementation of other systems.
- Provide guidance and oversee the creation of requests for proposals or quotations.
- Develop and maintain a suite of dashboard reports aligned with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Ensure organizational and team KPIs are strategic, measurable, and contribute to decision-making based on sequential campaign
- Maintain an understanding of the wider CRM and related market to advise the organisation and colleagues on the best solutions for their needs. Mentor and coach new team members and junior-level staff.
- Oversee service line personnel, policies processes, procedures, and data quality regarding the CRM.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in leading ERP system implementations.
- Expertise in MS Dynamics.
- Strong background in data segmentation, data integration, and campaign management.
