My client is a reputable service sector organisation, with a strong reputation in their field, and multi-national coverage in their operation. With Dynamics 365 CE at the heart of their business processes, the company is actively seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to join their team - supporting the day to day efficiency and management of the system (at 3rd line level), whilst working on projects to enhance system functionality/ productivity going forward.
My client operates a hybrid working model, with a blend of home working and 1-2 days per week in modern Surrey based offices.

Role & Responsibilities
Providing 3rd line technical support on Dynamics 365 CE to my clients user base - triaging system issues, troubleshooting through to completion
Bespoke customisation projects, utilising Power Platform technologies (inc. Power Automate, Power Apps)
Analysis/ requirement gathering with users for new system enhancements
Testing new functionality and helping deploy new releases
Developing documentation for technical requirements/ training purposesSkills & Qualifications
Proven skills in 2nd/ 3rd line Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM systems support analysis
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, particularly across sales, marketing & customer service.
Understanding of Dynamics ERP (BC or F&O - preferable, not essential)
Competent in technical D365/ CRM system administration
Experience in low code system customisation, utilising technology across the Power Platform - (eg. Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
Technical skills in Azure environment admin/ management. Familiar with end to end SDLC understandingBenefits
