Admin Support
Location: Central Redhill
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:
Administer occupational pension schemes, manage new joiners, leavers, and retirees
Communicate with clients via phone, letter, and email
Deliver high-quality customer service
Handle queries and escalate issues as needed
Monitor workflow and meet service levels
Perform manual calculations accurately
Support the team on complex projects
Learn and understand clients' pension schemes
Suggest service improvementsRequirements:
High accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused and computer literate
