Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a global leader in speciality chemicals who are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join their sales team. This exciting role which involves identifying, developing, and supporting new and smaller accounts within a global market.

Business Development Rep Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new and smaller accounts
Manage customer relationships and contribute to sales growth
Provide pricing, follow up on samples, and update pipeline opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
Business Development Rep Skills & Experience:
Degree-level education or relevant experience in sales/marketing.
Previous experience in the Home Care or Personal Care sectors preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and work with cross-functional, international teams.
Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive working attitude.
Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally.
Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen.
