Staff Selection UK are currently working with our ever growing client in the Featherstone area, who are now looking to add an admin assistant to their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a job with real career progression. You will be given extensive training on internal processes and procedures to ensure you are getting the best out of the role, and also to make it as easy as possible on a day to day basis.
Your main duties will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Day to day inputting on Sage programme.
- Answering phones and dealing with clients first hand,
- Escalating any problems to your management team.
- Checking and creating invoices.
- Communicating with warehouse colleagues for work updates.
- Collating clock card data and highlighting any discrepancies.
Requirements of the role:-
- SAP or Sage experience (not essential).
- You must have worked in an office environment for a minimum of 6 months.
- You must have a very organised and driven attitude.
- Strong IT skills.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Salary is starting from £11.75per hour dependant on experience.
