Our client is a Fire Protection company with over 20 years in the Fire Protection industry, they offer services across Fire Alarms, Gas Suppression and Extinguishers. Their client base consists of Energy, Commercial and Industrial sites. Due to 2 internal promotions they're looking for a new administrator to join the team to support with operations
Responsibilities of the Coordinator role

General administration
-
Scheduling and coordination of works, liaising with clients and engineers

Booking Planned Preventative Maintenance and call outs
-
Checking and sending out job cards
-
Quoting remedial works
-
Dealing with stock
We're looking for someone who is competent to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and who has a can do attitude
