About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Technical Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic team, coordinating jobs for engineers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work from request to job completion.
Create job packs for engineers.
Create service orders on SAP.
Maintain an up-to-date planning board with live data.
Ensure all information regarding dockings/jobs is accurately received and filed.
Handle credits & debits processes.
Manage invoicing & billing.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing jobs/work orders from start to finish.
Ability to identify and push sales opportunities to Account Managers.
Experience in supporting engineering, Sales Support, and Sales Managers.
Maintain an organised approach to tools management and ensure equipment calibration is up to date.
Flexible in assisting engineers as needed.
