Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Manager
Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising construction projects to completion
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site workers to ensure smooth project execution
Help in scheduling and coordinating project tasks, resources and manpower efficiently
Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation and reportsRequirements
CSCS / SMSTS qualification
Previous experience in the construction industry preferable in a similar role for 2 years
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools
Ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining a positive and proactive attitude to high standards of health and safety
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a teamWhat we offer for the Site Manager position
