Are you an experienced Administrator looking to further develop your career with a leading provider of Health and Safety, Construction Safety and training services throughout the region?
We have an exciting opportunity to join part of a dedicated administrative team where your role will involve providing high-level support to Health and Safety Consultants, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from our offices on the outskirts of Boston (where there is free parking). We are seeking a team player with a proven track record in a professional office setting, ready to contribute to our mission of excellence in safety and training services.
Personal specification – Administrator:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to communicate and interact with staff and clients at all levels and work under pressure while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to prioritise work
A ‘can do attitude’ to support with document production and uploading to our website
Ability to work independently as well as under direction to identify and resolve problems
Flexible approach with the ability to respond to changing demands and take on additional responsibilities as required
Extremely personable with ability to work within a small teamKey responsibilities – Administrator:
Carrying out all traditional administrative duties within an office environment
Assisting the consultants in scheduling appointments and preparation of jobsheets
Being the first point of call to existing and potential customers via telephone or email
Producing training documentation
Maintaining the website
