Our client is currently looking for an experience D365 Project Manager to lead their CRM implementation and upgrade projects. The D365 Project Manager will be responsible for rolling out an implement Dynamics365 CRM ensuring that the systems and processes support business objectives and are fit for purpose.
This is a remote based role with only occasional travel to the office as and when needed, so the D365 Project Manager must be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities for the D365 Project Manager
Lead the end-to-end D365 CRM implementation process
Manage relationships with 3rd party vendor and internal resources
Review and advise on development solutions to ensure fit for purpose
Ensure thorough testing of the D365 CRM system, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing in coordination with developers and stakeholders.
Oversee transition to new versions of the ERP system, providing post-implementation support and addressing day to day issues as they arise.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, timelines and budgets Key Experience for the D365 Project Manager
Experience in D365 CRM project management
Experience of D365 CRM implementation
Strong knowledge of project management methodology and experience/certification with major defined PM approaches - e.g. Project Management Institute/PRINCE2 and Agile approaches
Proven Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management abilities, primarily vendors and internal resources
Ability to build relationships with a broad set of stakeholders, across all levels within the organisation, showing that you can adapt your style and approach where necessary. Please apply as directed
