The Role:
As a Senior Technical Consultant and Support Specialist, you'll be part of a small, highly-skilled team providing robust and secure verification and remote access services. Your responsibilities will include:

Consultancy and Support: Offer tailored support and hands-on consultancy for Trust and Identity services, including SAML, Shibboleth, FreeRADIUS, and Microsoft NPS.

High-Quality Service: Ensure timely and high-quality consultancy to members and customers.

Documentation: Publish and contribute to technical documentation for internal and external use.

Collaboration: Liaise with third-party service providers and internal teams, leading meetings and technical engagements.
Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a lead in a technical development/support role.

Advanced knowledge in Shibboleth, FreeRADIUS, or Microsoft NPS is desirable.

System administration experience on both Linux and Windows platforms.

Proficiency with Linux-based applications such as Apache HTTPD.
