We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Advisor role, which offers excellent training and progression opportunities.
Salary - £27-28,000
Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main duties:
• First point of contact for customer queries
• Answering a small number of internal and external calls.
• Processing customer orders & ordering additional items required
• Updating of CRM information to management system
• Generating paperwork and maintaining reports.
• To complete necessary paperwork & maintain filing systems
• Processing high volume orders accurately on the in-house CRM system.
Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years administration/ customer services experience within a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
