Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner at you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to the business units you support. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. This position requires a deep understanding of the business and the ability to influence and drive change.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR support and guidance.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

Manage talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.

Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

Identify training and development needs and create programmes to address skill gaps and promote career growth.

Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation.

Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

HR Qualification

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.

CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
