Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme (Covering Nationally 1 Office day per week)
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels
Utilise data and analytics to identify and target potential customers
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation campaigns
Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads
Tailor outreach strategies to engage specific demographics or industries
Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential customers
Nurture leads through the sales funnel, addressing unique needs
Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into active accounts
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer activation
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success
Provide insights and feedback to optimise the overall customer journey
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and account activation processes
Document best practices and success stories to share with the team
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency
Share knowledge and insights to foster a culture of continuous learning regarding new clients and the sector
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess experinace within shelving,POS,displays,shopfitting,merchandising/store development
Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and account activation
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
