Position: Part-time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant
Location: Aston Abbotts (converted stable block)
Salary: Dependent on experience (pro rata)

Working Hours: 20-30 hours per week, minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility across more days. Preferred office hours are between 10 AM - 4 PM, with potential for additional hours as needed.

Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of bookkeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:

Prepare accounts and perform bookkeeping tasks.

Answer phone calls and handle general administrative duties.

Manage Excel-based management accounts and spreadsheets.

Maintain ledgers with a solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Competence in double-entry bookkeeping.

Ability to maintain ledgers without the use of accounting software.

Understanding of ledger entries, ensuring every debit has a corresponding credit.
